As part of this role, you are expected to lead GRC consulting engagements, drive strategic security transformation, and advise executive leadership. You're also expected to manage delivery scope, budgets, client relationships, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Engagement Leadership: Oversee end-to-end technical project lifecycles, ensure quality assurance, and present findings to C-suite and Board stakeholders.
• Maturity & Strategic Advisory: Lead complex cybersecurity maturity assessments (NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls), build target-state capability models, and design strategic investment roadmaps.
• Practice & Team Growth: Mentor junior consultants, refine GRC assessment methodologies, and support business development/pre-sales initiatives.
  
  

Connect To Your Skills And Professional Experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to match the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of GRC Consulting experience
• 3+ years leading ISO 27001 implementations
• Technical fluency in ISO 27001:2022, NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27005, and major GRC platforms (ServiceNow, Archer).
• Proven executive reporting, project delivery, and cross-framework harmonization expertise
• Mandatory Certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
• Preferred Certifications: CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.

We are subject to several audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints.
