المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة ودعم دورة حياة الموظف الكاملة، بما في ذلك مراجعات الأداء، والاجتماعات متجاوزة المستوى الإداري المباشر، ومقابلات إنهاء الخدمة، وإجراءات مغادرة العمل، مع ضمان تقديم تجربة موظف متسقة والالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات قسم الأفراد والمؤسسة (P&O).
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للموظفين والمديرين، ومعالجة الاستفسارات، والمخاوف في مكان العمل، والشكاوى، مع ضمان التعامل بإنصاف واتساق وسرية وفقاً لسياسات الشركة.
- تنسيق دورات الأهداف والنتائج الرئيسية (OKRs) وإدارة الأداء، ودعم التوافق بين الأهداف المؤسسية والتنفيذية وأهداف الفريق والأفراد، وضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد، والمتابعة الفعالة، والتحسين المستمر.

- المساهمة في تصميم وتطبيق مبادرات إشراك الموظفين وتعزيز الثقافة المؤسسية، بما في ذلك استطلاعات الرأي، ووضع خطط العمل، ومبادرات الرفاهية، وبرامج التقدير، وتفعيل القيم المؤسسية.
- صيانة وتحديث توصيف الوظائف، وضمان وضوح الأدوار وتوافقها مع الهياكل التنظيمية واحتياجات العمل، واتساقها مع المسارات المهنية وأطر الكفاءات وفرص التطوير.
- الحفاظ على دقة بيانات الموظفين والأداء، وإعداد التقارير الدورية، وتحليل مقاييس الأفراد ذات الصلة لتحديد الاتجاهات ودعم القرارات القائمة على الأدلة والتوصية بتحسينات لتجربة الموظفين.
- المساهمة في مبادرات ومشاريع قسم الأفراد والمؤسسة (P&O)، وتحديد الفرص لتحسين العمليات، وتعزيز الامتثال للسياسات، ورفع فاعلية ممارسات الموارد البشرية عبر المؤسسة.
المؤهلات الرئيسية
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو علم النفس، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية مع خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجالات التعلم والتطوير، أو إدارة المواهب، أو تجربة الموظفين.
- معرفة قوية بممارسات الموارد البشرية وأطر إدارة الأداء.
- خبرة في تنسيق الأهداف والنتائج الرئيسية (OKRs) أو أطر عمل توافق الأهداف وإدارة الأداء المشابهة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التيسير والتواصل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على بناء الثقة والتأثير في أصحاب المصلحة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية قوية للمشاريع لإدارة مبادرات متعددة في وقت واحد.

Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, skip-level meetings, exit interviews, and offboarding, ensuring a consistent employee experience and compliance with P&O policies and procedures.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries, workplace concerns, and grievances while ensuring fair, consistent, and confidential handling in line with company policies.
- Coordinate the OKR and performance management cycles, supporting alignment between organizational, team, and individual objectives, and ensuring timely completion, effective follow-up, and continuous improvement.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, promotion processes, and leadership development initiatives to strengthen internal talent pipelines and support employee growth.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including onboarding and orientation, training programs, and continuous learning opportunities, ensuring alignment with identified capability gaps and business needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement and culture initiatives, including engagement surveys, action planning, well-being initiatives, recognition programs, and values activation.
- Maintain and update job profiles, ensuring role clarity, alignment with organizational structures and business needs, and consistency with career paths, competency frameworks, and development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate employee and performance data, prepare periodic reports, and analyze relevant people metrics to identify trends, support evidence-based decisions, and recommend improvements to the employee experience.
- Contribute to P&O initiatives and projects, identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen policy compliance, and enhance the effectiveness of people practices across the organization.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience with proven exposure to Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Employee Experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, and performance management frameworks.
- Experience coordinating OKRs or similar goal alignment/performance frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
