الوصف الوظيفي
تسعى شركة أفيلايز (إحدى شركات Arrow)، وهي شركة رائدة في تقديم خدمات هندسة برمجيات السيارات، إلى توظيف مهندس تحقق من البرمجيات يتمتع بالمهارة والشغف ولديه خبرة في اختبار تطبيقات السيارات للانضمام إلى فريقنا الهندسي الديناميكي. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة واسعة في تقنيات اختبار السيارات، بالإضافة إلى فهم قوي لمعايير السيارات مثل AUTOSAR و ISO26262 و ASPICE.
المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- فهم وتحليل المتطلبات بما في ذلك تحديد أي ثغرات أو معلومات مفقودة لازمة لتنفيذ أنشطة الاختبار.
- تخطيط حالات الاختبار وتطويرها وتنفيذها (الميدانية وعلى منصات الاختبار).
- تحليل حالات الاختبار المنفذة والتأكد من أن سلوك البرمجيات يتوافق مع وثائق المتطلبات.
- الإبلاغ عن النتائج والأخطاء البرمجية إلى نظام إدارة العيوب.
- الإبلاغ عن النتائج الرئيسية (مشاكل النظام/البرمجيات) للعملاء.
- التواصل بشأن حالة مشروع الاختبار مع إدارة المشاريع والبحث والتطوير وحل الخلافات.
- تنفيذ أتمتة الاختبار.
- المساهمة في تحديد استراتيجية الاختبار.
- إجراء مراجعات فنية لمخرجات الاختبار للتأكد من الالتزام بالعملية، واستراتيجية الاختبار الخاصة بالشركة، والمعايير.
- مراجعة طلبات التغيير المتعلقة بالاختبار وتقديم التقديرات بناءً على نماذج التقدير القياسية ذات الصلة أو بناءً على الخبرة.
- تصميم ونشر منصات الاختبار وفقًا لمتطلبات العملاء.
- التواصل بفعالية مع الفرق الأخرى وفهم الجوانب الفنية.
- اتباع عملية إدارة التكوين.
- الحفاظ على معايير الجودة الخاصة بشركة أفيلايز لمخرجات المشروع.
- اقتراح وتنفيذ حلول مبتكرة لتحديات المشروع.
- إعداد وتقديم التدريب الفني.
- التعامل مع تحديات العملاء والتواصل مع الأطراف المعنية الأخرى في المشروع.
- تسليط الضوء على الفرص التي يمكن أن تزيد من نطاق مهام المشروع الحالي.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- خبرة أكثر من 3 سنوات في وظيفة التحقق من صحة برمجيات السيارات.
- شهادة جامعية في هندسة الحاسوب، الإلكترونيات، أو الميكاترونكس.
- فهم قوي لاختبار تكامل البرمجيات والتحقق من صحتها.
- خبرة في الأنظمة المدمجة والمتحكمات الدقيقة.
- خبرة في منتجات إلكترونيات السيارات على مستوى النظام/البرمجيات.
- خبرة في إدارة المتطلبات والاختبار (مثل استخدام DOORS/JIRA).
- خبرة في تقنيات النواقل الإلكترونية للسيارات والتشخيص.
- خبرة في أدوات Vector (مثل CANoe و vTeststudio وكتابة برامج CAPL النصية).
- خبرة في التواصل مع العملاء لتحليل المتطلبات وتنقيحها.
- مهارات قوية في تحليل الأخطاء ومعالجتها والتحليل الفني.
- مهارات برمجية جيدة جدًا (C و Python).
- تعتبر الخبرة في تطوير ونشر منصات الاختبار ميزة إضافية.
- تعتبر الخبرة في العمل مع منصات NI/dSPACE ميزة إضافية.
- تعتبر شهادات ISTQB ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).
- تعتبر اللغة الألمانية ميزة إضافية.

Senior Software Validation Engineer (Avelabs LLC Egypt)
Job Description
Avelabs (an Arrow Company), a leading automotive software engineering services provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Validation Engineer with expertise in testing automotive applications to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive testing techniques, along with a solid understanding of automotive standards like AUTOSAR, ISO26262, and ASPICE.
Job Description
- Understand and analyze requirements including identifying any gaps or missing information needed to perform testing activities.
- Test cases planning, development, and execution (Field and Bench based).
- Analyze executed test cases and confirm that the software behavior is conforming to the requirements documents.
- Report findings and bugs to the defect management system.
- Report major findings (System/software Issues) to customers.
- Communicate testing project status for Projects and R&D Management and solve conflicts.
- Perform test automation.
- Contribute to defining the testing strategy.
- Conduct technical reviews on testing artifacts for the process, company testing strategy and standards compliance.
- Review testing related change requests and provide estimates based on related standard estimation models or experience based.
- Design and deploy test benches according to the customer's requirements.
- Communicate effectively with other teams and understand the technical aspects.
- Follow the configuration management process.
- Maintain Avelabs quality standards for project's deliverables.
- Suggest and implement innovative solutions for project challenges.
- Prepare and conduct technical training.
- Handle customer challenges and other project stakeholder ‘s communications.
- Highlight opportunities that can increase the scope of the current project tasks.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automotive validation position.
- University degree in Computer, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong understanding of software integration testing and software validation.
- Experience in Embedded systems and Microcontrollers.
- Experience in automotive electronics products on system/software level.
- Experience in requirements and testing management (e.g., using DOORS/JIRA).
- Experience in automotive bus technologies and diagnostics.
- Experience with Vector tools (CANoe, vTeststudio, CAPL scripting).
- Experience in communication with customer for requirements analysis and refinement.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Very Good programming skills (C and Python).
- Test Bench development and deployment is a plus.
- Experience in working with NI/dSPACE benches is a plus.
- ISTQB certifications is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- German language is a plus.
