إعداد وتعديل المخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) للأعمال الكهروميكانيكية بناءً على مواصفات المشروع وتعليمات المهندس.
إعداد مخططات أوتوكاد تفصيلية للأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية.
تنسيق المخططات مع مهندسي المكتب الفني لضمان الدقة والمطابقة لمتطلبات المشروع.
مراجعة وتحديث المخططات وفقاً لتعديلات الموقع وملاحظات المهندس.
التحقق من مطابقة المخططات لمعايير المشروع والأكواد والمواصفات.
تنظيم وحفظ جميع ملفات المخططات والوثائق.
مساعدة المهندسين في إعداد مخططات المنفذ على الواقع (As-built).
التنسيق بين التخصصات المختلفة لتجنب التعارضات في التصميم.
المتطلبات
خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كرسام MEP في مجال الإنشاءات.
إتقان قوي لبرنامجي AutoCAD وRevit (إلزامي).
خبرة في إعداد المخططات التنفيذية للأعمال الكهروميكانيكية.
فهم جيد لمخططات أنظمة التكييف والسباكة ومكافحة الحريق.
خبرة في العمل على المشاريع التجارية والسكنية والصناعية.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والمواصفات الهندسية
إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prepare and modify MEP shop drawings based on project specifications and engineer instructions.
Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for MEP systems.
Coordinate drawings with technical office engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Review and update drawings according to site modifications and engineer feedback.
Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and specifications.
Organize and maintain all drawing files and documentation.
Assist engineers in preparing as-built drawings.
Coordinate between different disciplines to avoid design conflicts.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in the construction field.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
Experience in preparing MEP shop drawings.
Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems drawings.
Experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
