Grand Technology is looking for a highly skilled Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of high-budget advertising campaigns across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.

✅ Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and achieve business objectives.

✅ Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

✅ Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting.

✅ Implement conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and attribution strategies.

✅ Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences to improve performance.

Requirements:

✔️ 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

✔️ Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, and Conversion Tracking.

✔️ Proven track record of generating leads and scaling campaign performance.

✔️ Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets.

✔️ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

✔️ Google Ads Certifications are a strong plus.
