Job Description :- Lead and manage the Architectural Design team across multiple projects.- Oversee the full design process from concept and design development through final design deliverables.- Review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.- Manage project priorities, workloads, deadlines, and deliverables across the design team.- Coordinate with the Saudi head office/client team and ensure smooth communication between the back office and project stakeholders.- Provide technical guidance and direction to architects and senior team members.- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Requirements :- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.- 15+ years of experience in Architectural Design.- Previous experience working in a back-office setup with a Saudi company.- Strong experience in Real Estate and Construction projects.- Proven experience in managing large architectural design teams.- Strong technical knowledge of architectural design and multidisciplinary coordination.
