Operations Manager Purpose / Overview : The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the full spectrum of operations for assigned mixed-use properties. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset value optimization. The Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to property teams and reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of assigned mixed-use properties, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency. Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational and property management strategies to enhance property performance and value. Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate property conditions, identify risks, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive corrective actions. Serve as the point of escalation for tenant relations, ensuring professional handling of complex issues, disputes, and high-impact service requests. Build and sustain strong tenant relationships through proactive engagement, structured communication, and service improvement initiatives. Ensure full compliance with local regulations, building codes, zoning requirements, environmental laws, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1 - 3 years of progressive experience in property or facilities operations, with at least several years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments, including and stabilization phases.
• Strong expertise in property operations, leasing principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and real estate market dynamics.
