Main Function Responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Net Suite ERP solutions. Acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical configurations, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for Net Suite modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, CRM). Configure and customize Net Suite ERP to meet business needs across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. Develop Suite Scripts (1.0 & 2.0), Suite Flow workflows, and Suite Builder customizations. Design and implement custom records, forms, fields, and dashboards. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Manage Net Suite implementation projects from planning to go-live. Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Net Suite functionalities. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards. Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and IT teams to streamline processes. Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. Stay updated on Net Suite releases and recommend enhancements. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for ERP systems. Liaise with Oracle and external vendors for technical support and upgrades. Performs any other duties as required.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Net Suite implementation and support including HR modules Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) Basic SQL and scripting knowledge Net Suite ERP Certification Experience with Suite Script and Suite Flow implementations Familiarity with integration tools (Celigo, Dell Boomi, etc) Experience with cloud ERP and API integrations
