Job Summary

We are looking for an IBM BAW Developer with hands-on experience in IBM BAW / IBM BPM to develop and support business process workflows and automation solutions.

Develop and maintain BPM/BAW workflows and process applications. Design and develop BPDs, Human Services, Coaches, and Integration Services. Automate business processes and implement business rules. Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Work with databases, SQL, and stored procedures. Support testing, deployment, go-live, and production issues. Troubleshoot and enhance existing BAW applications. Work closely with business and technical teams.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IBM BAW / IBM BPM.

Strong hands-on experience in BPD and workflow development.

Experience with Human Services, Coaches, and Integration Services.

Knowledge of process automation and business rules.

Experience with REST/SOAP and database integration.

Good knowledge of SQL.

Experience with deployment and production support.

Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
