Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Dokki, Giza Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Mode: On-site Key Responsibilities• Develop Landscape BIM/Revit models for hardscape, softscape, site elements, and external works.• Prepare IFC, detailed design, shop drawings, and BIM documentation.• Develop coordinated Revit models and drawings according to project requirements and BIM standards.• Develop Civil 3D models and grading works, including levels, slopes, and site grading coordination.• Coordinate Landscape models with Architectural, Civil, Structural & MEP disciplines.• Perform model coordination and resolve technical clashes.• Prepare QTOs, BOQs, material schedules, and technical documentation.• Review drawings, specifications, technical submittals, and consultant comments. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Landscape Engineering / Technical Office / BIM. Advanced Civil 3D – MUSTStrong experience in Landscape BIM/Revit production. Strong proficiency in Revit & Auto CAD. Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
