We’re looking for an experienced Senior ERP Developer to join a technology team working on enterprise Finance & Operations platforms within a regulated banking environment.???? Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test ERP customizations, extensions, and workflows. Develop and maintain integrations with core banking and enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven integration patterns. Develop data entities, migration packages, batch jobs, and reporting components. Translate Finance, Procurement, and Operations requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis. Support deployments, patching, and platform upgrades. Ensure solutions meet security, audit, governance, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with QA teams through testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.???? Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.5–8 years of hands-on ERP development experience. Experience with at least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations. Strong experience with enterprise application development, relational databases, and ERP customization frameworks. Experience with data migration, APIs, custom services, and event-driven integrations. Experience integrating ERP platforms with third-party systems. Knowledge of Finance and/or Trade & Logistics processes is a strong advantage. Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools. Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred, especially within regulated environments. Relevant ERP platform certification is a plus.
