.Estimator — FF&E Openings: 3 Location: Egypt office
.Reports To: Procurement & Estimating function.Experience Level: Mid-level / 3+ years:ROLE PURPOSEPrepare accurate, competitive cost estimates and quotations for FF&E, loose furniture, and hardware projects — directly addressing the company's current estimating bottleneck as project volume grows.:KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations for FF&E and fit-out projects •Review technical specifications, drawings, and RFPs/tenders for accuracy•Compare supplier and vendor quotations to support competitive, well-margined bids•Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Factory teams to ensure quotes reflect real capacity and cost•.Support fast turnaround on quotes to keep pace with a growing pipeline:REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS .At least 3 years of estimating experience in FF&E, furniture manufacturing, joinery, or fit-out•.Strong Excel and BOQ / cost-estimation skills•.Ability to read technical drawings and specifications•.High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines•LANGUAGES
Arabic is essential, Fluent English required•
