Role Description Lead the design of user-centric experiences across web and mobile fintech products. Deliver high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems. Combine graphic design skills (illustrations, logos, icons, and branding assets) with interface design. Own projects from concept to production, ensuring a seamless transition to engineering. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers. Maintain a consistent design language and brand identity across all products. Clearly communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and graphic design skills. Proficiency with Figma (auto-layouts, components, libraries, responsive design). Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects is a plus). Experience creating and maintaining design systems. Deep knowledge of mobile and web platform standards (Material Design, Apple HIG). Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility. Proven ability to design for complex systems (finance, Saa S, or enterprise software). Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Strong experience designing fintech, payments, or compliance-heavy systems.
Highly preferable Fluent English for design documentation and stakeholder discussions. Animation/motion design skills. Familiarity with frontend basics for smoother developer handoff.
