Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Cairo. The English Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in English. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of progress and attendance. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in staff meetings and trainings, and communicating regularly with learners and guardians as needed. The teacher is expected to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, respects diversity, and supports different learning styles.
Qualifications

Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners at different proficiency levels. Effective Lesson Planning abilities, including designing structured, goal-oriented lessons and learning activities. Background in Education, with knowledge of teaching methodologies and classroom management strategies. Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and guardians. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or diploma is an advantage. Previous experience as an English Teacher or classroom educator is preferred. Ability to create inclusive, supportive learning environments and adapt teaching methods to diverse learners. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to professional development.
