Role Description Work closely with the sales team and clients to understand technical requirements Demonstrate product capabilities and propose suitable solutions Prepare and deliver technical presentations Support bids and proposals Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and existing customers Coordinate with product and engineering teams to address customer feedback Troubleshoot issues and support solution implementation Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Support post-sale follow-up activities Contribute to sales forecasts and account planning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering or Applied Arts3:4 years of experience in the same role Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate customer needs into practical, technically sound solutions. Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage the full sales cycle, build relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or Applied Arts or Fine Arts is a MUST Experience in a client-facing technical or pre-sales role, ideally within a B2B environment. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Comfort with CRM and office productivity tools; familiarity with solution design or system integration is a plus. Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
