المتطلبات
يحمل شهادة البكالوريوس (يفضل في الرياضيات أو التربية أو مجال ذي صلة)
لديه خبرة سابقة في تدريس الرياضيات الذهنية، الحساب باستخدام العداد، أو منهجية ذات صلة (الشهادة ميزة، مثل UCMAS أو Aloha أو ما يشابهها)
لديه طلاقة عددية قوية وقدرة على شرح المفاهيم ببساطة وبشكل جذاب
لديه خبرة في تدريس الأطفال
لديه خبرة تدريس عبر الإنترنت سابقة (مفضل)
لديه اتصال إنترنت موثوق وإعداد هادئ ومهني
مريح في استخدام منصات التدريس عبر الإنترنت (Zoom، Teams، إلخ)
Delivering live online mental math sessions to students of varying ages and levels
Teaching techniques such as abacus-based calculation, Vedic math, or other mental math methodologies
Tracking student performance and providing regular feedback to students and parents
Maintaining an engaging, motivating, and disciplined virtual classroom environment
Requirements
Holds a Bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Education, or related field preferred)
Has prior experience teaching mental math, abacus, or a related methodology (certification a plus, e.g. UCMAS, Aloha, or similar)
Has strong numerical fluency and the ability to explain concepts simply and engagingly
Has experience teaching children
Has prior online teaching experience (preferred)
Has a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional setup
Is comfortable using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
