El Waha Services Wells and Pumps (S.A.E.) is looking for a talented and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team in 6th of October City.

We are looking for more than a graphic designer or social media coordinator. We need a marketer who understands the bigger picture — brand positioning, customers, competitors, lead generation, content, campaigns, and how marketing can directly support business growth.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious marketer who wants to take real ownership, work closely with management, and grow into a key role in building El Waha’s in-house marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

• Manage El Waha’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website, and other relevant channels.

• Create content and campaign strategies for our B2B and industrial markets.

• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Technical teams to turn products and projects into strong commercial marketing messages.

• Support lead generation, product launches, sales campaigns, and distributor communication.

• Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, catalogues, company profiles, presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.

• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

• Coordinate designers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and external suppliers when required.

• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, leads, engagement, and conversion.

• Help build the marketing processes, calendar, reporting system, and eventually contribute to developing the marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience.

• Good understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, content, branding, and campaigns.

• A strong commercial and business mindset — not only creative/design skills.

• Strong Arabic and English communication and copywriting skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, advertising tools, analytics, presentations, and Canva.

• CRM knowledge is a plus.

• Experience in industrial, engineering, construction, agriculture, water, pumps, energy, or technical products is an advantage.

• Proactive, organized, creative, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership.
