Role Description The Senior Presales Audio Video role is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for leading presales activities for audio and video solutions, including understanding client requirements, designing solution architectures, and preparing proposals and technical presentations. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and consulting teams to conduct product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and business outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site surveys, providing technical guidance, supporting customer meetings, and staying current with industry trends and vendor offerings to maintain strong solution expertise.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements, design appropriate audio video solutions, and evaluate technical and financial feasibility. Excellent Communication abilities, including presenting technical information clearly, preparing documentation, and engaging effectively with stakeholders at various levels. Consulting skills to translate business challenges into integrated technology solutions and advise customers on best practices and optimization opportunities. Customer Service orientation and Presales experience, including solution scoping, proposal development, product demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses. Proven experience in audio video systems, unified communications, and integrated technology solutions, preferably within enterprise or large-scale environments. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant industry certifications in AV or collaboration technologies are an advantage. Familiarity with major AV and collaboration vendors and industry standards, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
