A company operating in the **Food Industry** is looking to hire:
???? **Job Title:** HORECA Sales Supervisor
### **Job Responsibilities:**
* Supervise the HORECA sales team and achieve sales targets.* Manage and follow up with clients including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.* Develop new markets and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.* Monitor the sales team’s performance and daily visits.* Follow up on orders and collections while ensuring customer satisfaction.* Monitor market trends and competitors and provide regular sales reports.* Train, coach, and guide the sales team to improve overall performance.
### **Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant higher education.* **5–10 years of experience** in HORECA sales.* Previous experience in the **Food Industry** is required.* Previous experience in a sales supervisory role.* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.* Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
