• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with 5–8+ years of relevant infrastructure experience.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.

• Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, high availability, and infrastructure scalability.

• Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.

• Good knowledge of IT security, server hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and access management.

• Experience with PowerShell, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management tools.

• Practical experience supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, e-commerce platforms, middleware/integration solutions, and data warehouse environments.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.
