We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Video Producer & Editor who can manage both videography and video editing from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate can operate as a complete one-person video production unit—planning the shoot, capturing professional footage, and transforming it into engaging, polished content.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end video production, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

• Film high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, advertisements, micro dramas, interviews, events, and branded content.

• Handle camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio during shoots.

• Work with scripts and creative concepts to capture footage that supports the story and intended message.

• Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Create strong hooks, pacing, transitions, sound design, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Apply color correction and color grading to achieve a professional visual style.

• Record and improve dialogue, voiceovers, and other audio elements.

• Collaborate with scriptwriters, content creators, producers, and marketing teams to develop and execute creative concepts.

• Create different visual styles, including cinematic, emotional, dramatic, comedic, promotional, and trend-driven content.

• Use AI video generation and AI creative tools to enhance production and create innovative visual content.

• Repurpose footage into multiple formats and creative versions for different platforms.

• Stay updated on the latest videography, editing, AI video, and social media trends.

• Manage production equipment and ensure all footage and project files are properly organized.

• Deliver high-quality projects while meeting tight production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and professional video editing.

• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing skills.

• Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, composition, framing, and sound recording.

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.

• Experience producing short-form social media content.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, pacing, and visual composition.

• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.

• Experience with AI video generation and AI editing tools is highly preferred.

• Ability to independently plan and execute a shoot with minimal support.

• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver multiple projects on time.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to turn a script or creative brief into compelling visual content.
