Job Summary Lead and oversee URBIX's interior finishing and fit-out operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to the required quality standards while achieving operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Oversee Area Managers and Project Managers across all projects. Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, risks, and operational KPIs. Allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors effectively. Coordinate with Procurement, Technical Office, Finance, HR, QA/QC, and HSE. Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and delivery. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, technical, and contractual requirements. Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions. Drive cost optimization, productivity, and continuous improvement. Manage client and key stakeholder relationships. Support P&L management and overall business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture ; MBA/Master's is a plus. 15+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a senior operations role . Strong experience in interior finishing and fit-out projects . Experience managing large-scale residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of project execution, subcontractor management, cost control, and P&L. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project/Primavera ; ERP knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
