They have been the go-to partner for thousands of electronic engineers, supply chain leaders, and procurement experts across Fortune 500 companies. This role is best suited to a designer who enjoys solving difficult product and UX problems, not simply creating visually polished interfaces. You will work on an established SaaS platform, improving existing experiences and designing new modules while working within an established design system. You should be comfortable making sense of large amounts of information, designing dashboards and data-heavy workflows, and determining how information, KPIs, and actions should be prioritized for users.

Key Accountabilities

• Own product design across assigned areas from problem definition and exploration through detailed design, delivery, and iteration.
• Design complex web-based SaaS experiences , including dashboards, data grids, analytics interfaces, workflows, and information-rich product areas.
• Simplify complex product requirements and large datasets into clear, intuitive, and efficient user experiences.
• Identify and prioritize the information and KPIs users need rather than simply visualizing predefined metrics.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into scalable product solutions.
• Improve existing product experiences while also designing new modules and capabilities within the current platform.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity product designs.
• Work within the existing design system and contribute to its ongoing maintenance and evolution.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and explain the reasoning behind proposed solutions.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis when needed, in collaboration with other team members.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented to a high standard.
• Contribute to team design discussions and support other designers when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a closely related product-focused role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real product problem-solving , not only final visual designs.
• Strong experience designing web-based digital products .
• Demonstrated experience with complex or data-heavy interfaces , such as: dashboards analytics products data grids or tables reporting tools admin platforms complex workflows
• Ability to structure large amounts of information and create clear information hierarchy.
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking .
• Ability to explain: what problem you were solving why you made specific design decisions how you prioritized information how your solution improved the user experience
• Experience working collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong Figma skills or equivalent modern product-design tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts in order to understand technical feasibility and collaborate effectively with engineers.
