Key Requirements:Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist role. Payroll & Social Insurance: Strong hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing, tax calculations, and social insurance procedures. Systems Experience: Practical experience working with HIK Connect biometric attendance systems and software. Reporting: Solid ability to prepare quarterly and semi-annual HR metrics/reports. Recruitment: Good practical knowledge of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll & Benefits: Process monthly payroll and manage social insurance files, documentation, and compliance. Attendance Management: Monitor and manage daily attendance, leaves, and biometric logs using the HIK Connect system. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive quarterly and semi-annual HR reports for management review. Recruitment: Support recruitment processes, from posting job vacancies to conducting initial screenings. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, contracts, and ensure adherence to internal HR policies.
