Role Description The Property Advisor role at RED is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will guide clients through property selection, viewing, and purchase processes, offering data-backed advice on residential and commercial projects in RED’s focus areas. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable options, coordinating site visits, and providing clear information on pricing, payment plans, and investment potential. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with developers, staying updated on market trends and new launches, and using RED’s technology tools and statistics to support client decisions. The Property Advisor will also manage client follow-ups, ensure high-quality customer service, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships. Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments knowledge to advise on property options, portfolio building, and return-on-investment considerations. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance to explain payment plans, budgets, and basic financial implications of real estate transactions. Previous experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory roles is highly preferred. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to attend client meetings and property visits in various project locations. Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads, track activities, and prepare client reports. Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial. Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
