Job Purpose:Responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs for Parts staff, covering Toyota parts operations, inventory control, warehouse management, Kaizen practices, and customer service. The role supports dealership Parts Managers, Consultants, and support teams in maintaining Toyota standards, achieving required certifications, and improving daily Parts operations Key Responsibilities:Deliver in-person training sessions covering Toyota Parts21 and DPOK programs, inventory control, and customer service best practices Prepare Parts staff for the required Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) certifications and support them in meeting certification standards Continuously review, update, and improve training materials in line with the latest automotive technologies and operational requirements Maintain accurate trainee records and development data and provide individual feedback to support continuous improvement Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance after training Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations within the training facility and proper utilization and maintenance of training tools and equipment Conduct dealer visits to evaluate the performance of Parts & Accessories teams Prepare reports on certified staff performance across service centers Conduct the annual Frontline Skills Contest and support the Training Department with other contest categories Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an Automotive major3–5 years of experience in Parts operations or Parts training, preferably with exposure to training or teaching academies Deep understanding of Toyota systems and the Kaizen mindset Strong ability and confidence in delivering live training sessions Previous training or instructional experience is preferred Good command of written and spoken English Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills Strong organizational and team management abilities Good leadership and time-management skills Reports to: Non-Technical Training Manager
