المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية: 1. تطوير وتطبيق أنظمة الجودة وسلامة الغذاء:
وضع وتوثيق وتنفيذ ومراجعة سياسات وإجراءات ونظم إدارة الجودة وسلامة الغذاء
الإشراف على تطوير وتطبيق برامج الصحة الغذائية والنظافة والتعقيم في المصنع والمخازن.
ضمان التزام الشركة بجميع اللوائح والقوانين المحلية والدولية المتعلقة بسلامة وجودة الأغذية المجمدة.
2. مراقبة وضمان الجودة في العمليات:
الإشراف على عمليات فحص واختبار المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف الواردة، والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات قبل القبول.
مراقبة نقاط التحكم الحرجة (CCPs) ونقاط التحكم التشغيلية (OPRPs) في خطوط الإنتاج الخاصة بالتجميد والتصنيع.
الإشراف على نظام التخزين والتوزيع لضمان الحفاظ على سلسلة التبريد للمنتجات المجمدة، ومتابعة درجات حرارة التخزين والنقل بشكل مستمر.
مراجعة وفحص المنتج النهائي للتأكد من مطابقته للمواصفات المحددة ومعايير الجودة قبل الإفراج عنه.
3. التدقيق والتحسين المستمر:
تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج التدقيق الداخلي الدورية لجميع الأقسام للتأكد من تطبيق نظام الجودة وسلامة الغذاء بفعالية.
التنسيق مع جهات الاعتماد الخارجية والعملاء لعمليات التدقيق الخارجي.
متابعة حالات عدم المطابقة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA) اللازمة لمنع تكرارها.
تحليل بيانات الجودة والشكاوى لتحديد فرص التحسين في العمليات والمنتجات.
4. إدارة المختبر وتقييم الموردين:
الإشراف المباشر على فنيي المختبر وضمان كفاءة ودقة الفحوصات الكيميائية والميكروبيولوجية والفيزيائية للمنتجات.
ضمان معايرة وصيانة جميع أجهزة القياس والاختبار في المصنع والمختبر.
المشاركة في تقييم وتأهيل واعتماد الموردين للمواد الخام بناءً على معايير الجودة والسلامة.
5. التدريب وإدارة فريق العمل:
تدريب وتوعية الموظفين على ممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP)، متطلبات سلامة الغذاء، إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، وأنظمة الجودة.
توجيه وتقييم وتطوير أداء فريق عمل الجودة (المفتشين وفنيي المختبر).
6. التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء:
التحقيق في شكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بجودة وسلامة المنتج، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتقديم تقارير مفصلة، والرد على الشكاوى بالإجراءات المتخذة.

Main duties and responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement quality and food safety systems policies and procedures and quality and food safety management systems. - Supervise the development, implementation, documentation, and review of quality and food safety policies, procedures, and management systems. - Oversee the development and implementation of food safety and hygiene and sanitation programs in the factory and warehouses. - Ensure the company complies with all local and international regulations related to the safety and quality of frozen foods.
2. Monitor and assure quality in operations: - Supervise inspection and testing of incoming raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring conformity to specifications before acceptance. - Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Process Controls (OPRPs) in freezing and manufacturing production lines. - Oversee the storage and distribution system to maintain the cold chain for frozen products, continuously monitor storage and transport temperatures. - Review and inspect the final product to ensure it meets specified specifications and quality standards before release.
3. Auditing and continuous improvement: - Plan and implement periodic internal audit programs for all departments to ensure effective implementation of the quality and food safety system. - Coordinate with external accrediting bodies and customers for external audits. - Follow up on non-conformities and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. - Analyze quality data and complaints to identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
4. Laboratory management and supplier evaluation: - Direct supervision of laboratory technicians and ensure efficiency and accuracy of chemical, microbiological, and physical tests of products. - Ensure calibration and maintenance of all measuring and testing devices in the plant and laboratory. - Participate in supplier evaluation, qualification, and approval of raw materials based on quality and safety criteria.
5. Training and team management: - Train and raise awareness among employees on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), food safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality systems. - Guide, evaluate, and develop the performance of the quality team (inspectors and laboratory technicians).
6. Handling customer complaints: - Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and safety, determine root causes, provide detailed reports, and respond to complaints with actions taken.
