Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing activities that support production and project delivery. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring materials meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate purchasing records, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting the optimization of purchasing processes. The Purchase Specialist will collaborate closely with production, design, and finance teams to ensure seamless procurement operations and timely availability of materials and components. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, including vendor selection and negotiation. Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and handling Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for cost comparison, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement. Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally in furniture, interiors, or manufacturing environments. Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in common office and ERP tools. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
