ADC is Hiring: Business Development Manager ADC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business growth strategy, expand our client base, strengthen strategic relationships, and enhance our presence across existing and new markets. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement the company’s business development strategy. • Identify new markets, sectors, key accounts, and potential projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and strategic partners. • Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling. • Oversee tenders, RFPs, prequalification processes, and proposal submissions. • Lead commercial negotiations and support the conversion of opportunities into successful projects. • Manage, coach, and develop the Internal and External Business Development teams. • Monitor business development KPIs, pipeline value, conversion rates, and client acquisition performance. • Represent ADC at high-level client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry activities. Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or a related commercial role. • At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position. • Strong experience in engineering consultancy, architecture, construction, real estate, or professional services. • Proven ability to acquire new clients, secure projects, and manage strategic accounts. • Experience in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or other GCC markets is highly advantageous. • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and professional presentations. Preferred Qualifications:• MBA or Master’s degree. • Professional certification in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Management. • Experience with Power BI.????
