- At least 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance field.

- Industrial diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Perform initial maintenance procedures, cleaning, and disinfection of equipment.

- Perform minor repairs of equipment, devices, and various tools.

- Prepare and install different devices and equipment.

- Arrange and clean the workplace after maintenance.

- Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment according to the work plan.

- Adhere to assigned work orders and hand them over to the maintenance supervisor after completing tasks.

- Ability to handle various hand tools.

- Good understanding and ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

- Physical endurance to perform various tasks.

- Responsible for cleaning work within the department and monitoring pest control tasks.

- Submit a report to the Food Safety Team Leader if any food safety issue exists.

- Adherence to the Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, and Energy program goals.

- Transportation covers Alexandria and Beheira governorates.

- Shift work with variable hours
