Job DescriptionA leading company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of luxury furniture is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s technological infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain internal networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) to ensure stable connectivity and uninterrupted service.Maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices, and troubleshoot technical issues.Install and configure Windows operating systems and required software.Manage email systems (Outlook / Microsoft 365) and resolve related issues.Monitor and manage servers, Windows Server, and Active Directory, including permissions management.Manage advanced networking (Switches, Routers, VPN) and branch connectivity.Provide support for design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit) and systems, ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Project.Administer databases (SQL Server, MySQL), backup, and data recovery.Work with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).Establish information security policies and disaster recovery plans.Provide daily technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
