Head of Accounts – Real Estate Development Sector

The Head of Accounts oversees all accounting and financial operations of the company, reviews entries, accounts, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable and payable and treasury, in addition to monitoring revenues, expenses, and costs of real estate projects, analyzing profitability and deviations from budgets. He is also responsible for preparing and reviewing periodic financial reports and statements, monitoring collections, cash flows, and tax obligations, and coordinating with external auditors. He supervises the accounting team and ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures and internal control, while ensuring data accuracy and accounting processing on the Odoo ERP system and developing financial procedures in line with the nature of real estate development activity.

Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in Commerce – Accounting Department, at least 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate development companies, strong experience in project accounting, costs, revenues, and collections, proficient in ERP systems especially Odoo, with strong leadership, financial analysis, reporting, and accuracy skills.
