- تصميم وتنفيذ حلول الشبكات لتلبية متطلبات الأعمال.
- إدارة وتحسين أداء الشبكة، مع ضمان توافر عالي وتوقف بسيط.
- استكشاف المشكلات الشبكية المعقدة وحلّها، وتقديم دعم فوري لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لدمج حلول الشبكات مع أنظمة تكنولوجيا معلومات أخرى.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات الشبكات وأفضل الممارسات في المجال.
- توثيق هندسة الشبكة والتكوينات والإجراءات للرجوع المستقبلي وتبادل المعرفة.
- إجراء تدقيقات شبكية منتظمة وتقييمات أمنيّة لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة والتخفيف منها.
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني والتوجيه للمهندسي الشبكات junior وفرق الدعم.
- المشاركة في جداول العمل بالتناوب وتقديم الدعم خارج أوقات العمل حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات:
- الحد الأدنى من شهادة CCNP أو ما يعادلها، مع فهم قوي لمفاهيم الشبكات الأساسية.
- 10+ سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة الشبكات، مع سجل حافل في تصميم وإدارة بيئات شبكية معقدة.
- يفضل الخبرة في قطاع البنوك، مع معرفة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والتحديات الشبكية الخاصة بالقطاع.
- كفاءة قوية في بروتوكولات الشبكات والتوجيه والتبديل وتقنيات الجدار الناري.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة، مع القدرة على استكشاف وحل مشكلات الشبكة بكفاءة.
- الإلمام بأدوات وتقنيات رصد الشبكات لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
- فهم جيد لمبادئ أمن الشبكات وأفضل الممارسات.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة، مع القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- الرغبة في متابعة التقنيات الناشئة واتجاهات الصناعة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. - Design and implement network solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely support to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other technology systems.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular network audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of CCNP certification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of core networking concepts.
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with a proven track record in designing and managing complex network environments.
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry-specific network challenges.
- Strong proficiency in network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal network performance.
- Good understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
