Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Events Management• Plan and execute company events, product launches, and corporate activities.• Coordinate venues, vendors, staffing, and event logistics.• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on event communication plans.• Coordinate with media outlets and track event performance.
2️⃣ Communication• Manage external communication materials, presentations, and corporate reports.• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity.• Manage internal communications, newsletters, and town hall messages.• Prepare and distribute press releases and corporate announcements.
3️⃣ Brand Management• Ensure company activities align with the brand’s values and messaging.• Develop and implement branding strategies across all touchpoints.• Oversee promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
4️⃣ Sourcing & Procurement• Source promotional and merchandising materials such as uniforms, brochures, flyers, and posters.• Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, timely delivery.• Maintain and manage the inventory of branding materials.
