List of Requirements:1, Identity & Access Management Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Identity Governance, and RBAC. Support Hybrid Identity using Azure AD Connect. Manage Active Directory infrastructure, GPOs, DNS, and authentication services.
2, Microsoft 365 Administration Manage and support Microsoft 365 services and tenant administration. Handle user lifecycle management, licensing, and service configuration. Monitor service health and optimize Microsoft 365 workloads. Support Teams, One Drive, Share Point, Exchange, and Security services.
3, Microsoft Teams & Teams Voice Administer Microsoft Teams environment and collaboration services. Configure and manage Teams Phone (Voice) solutions. Support Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect. Manage SBC integrations and PSTN connectivity. Configure Auto Attendants, Call Queues, Response Groups, and Voice Policies. Troubleshoot voice quality, call routing, and Teams telephony issues. Support meeting room devices and Teams Rooms deployments.
4, Exchange Online Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes. Configure mail flow, transport rules, anti-spam, and anti-phishing policies. Support Exchange Hybrid and mailbox migrations. Troubleshoot mail delivery and Outlook connectivity issues.
5, Share Point Online Administer Share Point Online sites, permissions, and governance. Manage document management systems and collaboration portals. Configure sharing policies, retention policies, and site collections. Support One Drive and Share Point integrations.
6, Endpoint Management (Intune) Manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager environments. Administer device enrollment, compliance policies, and security baselines. Implement Windows Autopilot provisioning. Manage MDM, MAM, patching, and endpoint security controls.
7, Microsoft Purview & Compliance Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. Configure Information Protection and Sensitivity Labels. Support e Discovery, Records Management, and Compliance initiatives. Monitor regulatory and governance requirements.
8, Azure Infrastructure (Iaa S) Deploy and administer Azure Virtual Machines and virtual networks. Manage Storage Accounts, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Azure Backup. Support Azure governance, monitoring, and resource optimization. Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
9, Security & Administration Implement Microsoft security best practices and Zero Trust architecture. Manage security incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements. Develop automation using Power Shell. Prepare operational documentation and knowledge base articles.
