Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead, mentor, and supervise Electronics Engineers & Technicians.
·  Design and review electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.
·  Lead hardware development from prototype to production.
·   Review BOMs, component selection, and PCB manufacturing packages.
·  Ensure designs meet quality, safety, EMC/EMI, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
· Lead hardware testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
· Coordinate with R&D, Mechanical, Embedded Software, Production, Procurement & Quality teams.
·  Ensure proper technical documentation, revision control, and engineering standards.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Electronics Hardware Design & Development.
· 2+ years in a Senior / Technical Leadership / Team Leadership role.
· Strong experience with Analog & Digital Electronics, Schematic Design & PCB Layout.
·  Hands-on experience with PCB Manufacturing & Assembly.
·  Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, or equivalent EDA tools.
·   Strong troubleshooting and hardware debugging skills.
·  Experience with electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies & Signal Generators.
·  Knowledge of EMC/EMI, Signal Integrity, Grounding, Thermal Management & Electrical Protection.
·   Embedded systems / microcontroller experience is a plus.
