Responsibilities: - Perform installation and comprehensive maintenance work for water and sewage networks in the facility. - Regularly inspect and repair faults and leaks in water lines, sinks, mixers, and bathrooms. - Maintain and operate tanks, pumps, and water heaters of various types. - Handle clogs and unclog sewer lines using appropriate tools and equipment. - Conduct preventive maintenance for networks and equipment and document faults, informing management of shortages and required spare parts. - Full adherence to occupational safety and health standards during execution of works and installations. Requirements: - Gender: Male. - Educational qualification: Intermediate/Secondary (technician/craftsman) or industrial secondary diploma ( Plumbing/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning section) or without qualification with proven practical experience. - Age: 20 to 40 years old. - Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of prior experience in plumbing maintenance in hotels, restaurants, tourist villages, or companies. - Skills: Thorough knowledge of pipe types and spare parts, ability to read simple diagrams, and quick problem-solving skills.
