Role Summary We are seeking a Merchandiser & Planning Manager who will be responsible for planning product ranges, managing raw material forecasts, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring availability of stock according to demand. This role plays a key part in balancing demand vs supply, managing cost efficiency, and supporting profitable sales growth across retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities Merchandising :Develop seasonal product plans and assortment by category (tops, bottoms, performance wear, lifestyle, accessories, etc.) Define sales forecast by product group based on historical performance, market trends, and sales targets Coordinate product launches based on seasonality, stock availability, and marketing calendar Manage SKU lifecycle and ensure optimal stock levels without overstocking or shortages Plan production requirements with factories and ensure capacity is aligned to sales plan Conduct cost analysis for new developments, margin reviews, pricing strategy input Stock Management & Supply Chain Coordination:Communicate with supply chain, warehouse and production teams to ensure availability and timely replenishment Monitor sell-through performance weekly and recommend actions (reorder / push / promote / discontinue) Track raw material inventory, fabric consumption reports, and ensure proper material allocation Oversee lead times, production follow-up and delivery schedule against target deadlines Work closely with e-commerce and performance marketing teams to align stock with demand trending products
Reporting & Analytics:Prepare weekly merchandising performance reports Analyze product category performance, margin, and profitability Evaluate best sellers, low movers, and propose strategies to maximize revenue and sell-through
Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising or related field5+ years experience in merchandising / planning (preferably in sportswear / apparel / fashion manufacturing) Strong analytical skills, forecasting ability and commercial mindset Experience dealing with suppliers, factories, fabric sourcing, and bulk production planning Solid Excel / Sheets skills, ERP familiarity is a plus Ability to work in fast growing, dynamic environment with pressure for deadlines
