Job Summary Atheel CX is looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our team in Maadi. The ideal candidate will have a strong telesales background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to coach and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales agents handling inbound and outbound calls. Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved. Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to improve team performance. Monitor call quality and provide actionable feedback. Support agents in handling challenging customer interactions and escalations. Track attendance, adherence, productivity, and overall team performance. Prepare and share regular performance reports with management. Identify performance gaps and implement action plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Support new team members during onboarding and development.
Requirements2+ years of experience in telesales. Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor is required. Strong experience in both inbound and outbound telesales. B2 English level or above. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of telesales KPIs and performance management. Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
