مجموعة روبوستا للتقنية (RTG) هي محرك رئيسي للتحول الرقمي من خلال توفير منظومة تقنية شاملة.
تعمل RTG مع شركائها المحليين والدوليين للمساعدة في بناء تجارب رقمية للعملاء، وتأسيس مراكز هندسية عن بعد، وبناء مشاريع عبر صناعات ومجالات متعددة.
في هذا السعي، تعمل RTG كعامل محفز للأثر والنمو من خلال الفعاليات والمساحات والمحتوى الذي يركز على خلق الأثر والنمو عبر التفاعل المختلف.
روبوستا هي وكالة تكنولوجية تعمل مع قاعدة عملاء متنوعة عبر قطاعات وصناعات مختلفة على تنفيذ برامج التحول الرقمي.
ترتكز الالتزامات عادة على رقمنة العمليات والعمليات القائمة و/أو تفعيل قنوات التفاعل الرقمي مع العملاء.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة: مدير التجارة الإلكترونية مسئول عن امتلاك وتوسيع أعمال التجارة الرقمية الكاملة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني، وتطبيق الجوال، ونظام التشغيل.
تقود الدور النمو المستدام في الإيرادات والربحية مع تحسين الاحتفاظ بالعملاء (MARC كنقطة الشمال)، وضمان التميز التشغيلي، وقيادة فريق عالي الأداء عابر للوظائف.
المسؤول عن أداء ربحية وتأثير التجارة الإلكترونية من البداية للنهاية، وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الرقمية، والتحسين المستمر لتجربة العملاء، واقتصاديات الوحدة، وجودة الخدمة.

Job Overview: The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for owning and scaling the full digital commerce business across website, mobile app, and operational ecosystem.
The role drives sustainable growth in revenue and profitability while improving customer retention (MARC as the north-star metric), ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing cross-functional team.
The role is accountable for end-to-end e-commerce P&L performance, digital strategy execution, and continuous improvement of customer experience, unit economics, and service quality.
Job Responsibilities Own the end-to-end e-commerce business including growth, commercial planning, customer experience, operations, marketplaces, and customer service Drive MARC growth through acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies, ensuring sustained month-on-month improvement Deliver GMV and net revenue targets in line with the annual business plan across website and mobile app Improve profitability per order by optimizing commercial levers, cost structure, and operational efficiency Ensure strong operational KPIs including on-time delivery, low cancellation rates, and optimized cost per order Own and manage the e-commerce commercial calendar in coordination with Commercial teams Co-own the digital and tech roadmap with CX/Tech teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs Conduct monthly performance reviews with Operations and Finance, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Lead cross-functional execution across Commercial, Operations, CX, Marketing, Tech, and Finance to deliver annual targets Lead, manage, and develop a growing e-commerce team (~80 members, including 5 direct reports) Drive innovation, digitization, and marketplace expansion initiatives to unlock new growth channels Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting to the Digital Steering Committee with clear variance analysis and mitigation plans Attractive compensation package Social and medical insurance Collaborate with industry-leading tech talents Nurture your career in a dynamic growth culture Bachelor’s degree or higher 10+ years of overall business experience, with at least 2–3 years in e-commerce leadership roles Strong preference for Fashion or Beauty e-commerce experience Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce or digital P&L responsibility Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to manage key metrics such as GMV, MARC, ROAS, AOV, retention, and cost per order Experience in marketplaces (e.
