Business Development Manager We are looking for a strong person in business development and opening markets and new relationships, especially with finishing companies/offices, engineers, and customers in the Premium Engineering Products sector. Main duties: * Developing and opening new channels and markets. * Building relationships with finishing companies, engineers, and consultants. * Setting and following up on sales development and brand plans. * Studying the market and competitors and proposing the necessary tactics for growth. Has experience using marketing tools and understanding and applying CRM. * Following opportunities and sales and developing the Sales Pipeline. Requirements: * Strong experience in Business Development, preferably in Premium Engineering products. * Preference for experience or background in contracting, finishing, aluminum, facades, or building materials. * Proficiency in English. * Polished, strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent Presentation Skills. * Own car. * Preference for residence in New Cairo or nearby areas. * Proactive, practical, and capable of opening new relationships and opportunities.
