Role Description The Office Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, including coordinating administrative activities, supervising office support staff, and ensuring the workplace is organized and efficient. Responsibilities include managing schedules and meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling correspondence and documentation, and supporting internal communication across departments. The role also involves addressing basic customer and visitor inquiries, supporting onboarding of new employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures within the office environment. The Office Manager will collaborate closely with management to improve office processes and support smooth business operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily office operations, documentation, and scheduling. Candidates should possess Office Equipment handling skills to oversee maintenance, procurement, and proper use of office tools and systems. Relevant experience in office management, administration, or coordination within a corporate or project-based environment is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting are required. Proficiency in MS Office and common business applications, with the ability to learn internal systems quickly, is preferred. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous. Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
