Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the execution of aluminum works at site from a technical and operational perspective. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Technical Office, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Review and follow up on shop drawings, material specifications, and technical requirements. Ensure that aluminum works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor site progress and coordinate daily activities with site teams. Follow up on measurements, material requirements, and installation activities. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the relevant teams. Ensure compliance with approved quality standards and project specifications. Prepare and follow up on site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation. Monitor project progress and highlight potential delays or technical issues. Ensure proper coordination between site execution and the Technical Office. Follow up on inspections, approvals, and consultant comments related to aluminum works.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in aluminum projects. Strong hands-on experience in Curtain Wall, Cladding, Aluminum Doors & Windows, Skylights, and related aluminum works. Proven experience in site execution and project coordination. Good understanding of aluminum systems, installation methods, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Good communication and reporting skills. Previous experience in large-scale construction or facade projects is highly preferred. Willingness to work at Sokhna Project.
