The OPD Manager ensures high standards of patient care, efficient clinic flow, exceptional patient satisfaction, and optimal utilization of medical and administrative resources.
1. Operations & Clinic Management
???? Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across all outpatient specialty clinics, ensuring timely openings, smooth patient flow, and minimal wait times.
????️ Roster & Schedule Management: Coordinate physician schedules, clinic availability, and staffing levels (nurses, receptionists, clinic assistants) to match patient volume demands.
???? Patient Flow Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks in registration, consultation, diagnostics, and billing, implementing solutions to enhance turnaround time.
????️ Facility & Equipment Upkeep: Ensure clinic rooms, waiting areas, and medical equipment are clean, fully functional, and regularly maintained in coordination with biomedical engineering and housekeeping teams.
2. Patient Experience & Quality Assurance
⭐ Service Excellence: Drive patient satisfaction initiatives, handling patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery swiftly and professionally.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Medicine, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.

In-depth understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS / EMR), appointment scheduling software, and queue management systems.
