· Requesting the items that are deficient in the branch by sending an e-mail to the warehouse department to ensure that all items are available at the pharmacy.
· Open the cash drawer, process customer payments, and complete transactions by accurately collecting the order amount. Ensure all financial transactions are handled professionally and deliver the order to the customer upon payment.
· Receiving returns from customers through following of the procedures of return.
