Job Description Execute and coordinate loyalty program campaigns across digital and offline channels. Develop loyalty-related content and customer communications. Monitor program performance, customer engagement, retention rates, and NPS. Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements. Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. Contribute to omnichannel customer engagement strategies. Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital, Commercial teams, and external agencies. Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements. Prepare performance reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders. Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in loyalty programs, CRM, customer experience, retention marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or customer engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience using CRM or loyalty management platforms. Strong knowledge of campaign planning, coordination, and execution. Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, engagement, and retention. Experience monitoring marketing metrics, campaign performance, and NPS. Strong Excel and Power Point skills. Good content development and customer communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong planning, prioritization, and project coordination skills. Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
