The Sales Advisor will guide clients through property options, conduct needs assessments, and present suitable real estate solutions. Day-to-day activities include managing client inquiries, conducting property viewings, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with colleagues on market insights, and contributing to sales targets. The Sales Advisor will also support client onboarding, assist with basic documentation, and provide ongoing service to strengthen long-term relationships. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust and engage effectively with diverse clients. Customer Service experience with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction. Proven Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Experience in Training or coaching clients on processes and options, and collaborating with team members to share knowledge. Solid understanding of real estate markets or related industries is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Cairo and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and basic office software. Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
