Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our recruitment efforts, and partner with department leaders to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, and selection criteria to ensure a fair and efficient candidate experience. Driving campus and external partnerships, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives. Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data, and present insights to leadership to optimize processes.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer and onboarding. Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs. Familiarity with recruitment marketing, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.
