• Operates, monitors, and maintains all utility systems including boilers, chillers, refrigeration, air compressors, HVAC, and steam systems.

• Manages water treatment operations (WTP/WWTP) to ensure water quality meets production and regulatory requirements.

• Oversees power supply systems including generators and transformers, ensuring continuous and stable operation.

• Plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance for all utility equipment to minimize downtime.

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots utility breakdowns and implements timely, effective repairs.

• Drives energy management and efficiency initiatives to reduce utility consumption and operating costs.

• Monitors utility KPIs and consumption trends, analyzing data to identify improvement and saving opportunities.

• Ensures all utility operations comply with food safety, environmental, and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO).

• Manages spare parts inventory and coordinates with procurement to ensure critical parts availability.

• Supports utility-related installation, commissioning, and modification projects.

• Ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards during all utility operations.

• Maintains accurate operation and maintenance records, work orders, and reports in the ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3–5 years of utilities experience, preferably in food, pharmaceuticals, or similar manufacturing industries.

• Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, refrigeration, and water treatment systems.

• Solid understanding of energy management, preventive maintenance, and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).

• Proficiency in ERP systems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
