تشغيل ومتابعة معدات وخطوط إنتاج منتجات الألبان طبقًا لتعليمات التشغيل.
تجهيز المعدات والتأكد من نظافتها وجاهزيتها قبل بدء الإنتاج.
تجهيز ووزن الخامات المطلوبة لكل تشغيلة وفقًا للتعليمات.
تجهيز العبوات والأغطية ومواد التعبئة قبل بدء التشغيل.
متابعة جودة المنتج والعبوات أثناء مراحل الإنتاج والتعبئة.
تنظيف وتعقيم المعدات والخزانات والأدوات ومنطقة الإنتاج بعد انتهاء التشغيل.
الالتزام التام بتعليمات النظافة الشخصية وسلامة الغذاء والسلامة المهنية.
تنفيذ المهام الأخرى المتعلقة بالإنتاج حسب احتياجات العمل.
متطلبات الوظيفة
يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في تشغيل معدات إنتاج أو تعبئة داخل مصنع ألبان أو زبادي أو جبن.
القدرة على فهم خطوات التشغيل واتباع التعليمات بدقة.
القدرة على ملاحظة المشكلات البسيطة في المعدات والإبلاغ عنها.
الالتزام بالنظافة الشخصية ونظافة المعدات ومكان العمل.
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والوقوف والحركة أثناء فترة العمل.
الجدية والانضباط والالتزام بمواعيد العمل.
يفضل السكن بالقرب من منطقة المصنع.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor dairy product production lines according to operating instructions.
Prepare equipment and ensure it is clean and ready before production begins.
Prepare and weigh the raw materials required for each batch according to instructions.
Prepare packaging, caps, and filling materials before start of operation.
Monitor product and packaging quality during production and filling stages.
Clean and disinfect equipment, tanks, tools, and the production area after operation ends.
Fully adhere to personal hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety instructions.
Perform other production-related tasks as required by the job.
Job Requirements
Previous experience operating production or filling equipment in a dairy, yogurt, or cheese factory is required.
Ability to understand operating steps and follow instructions accurately.
Ability to notice minor equipment issues and report them.
Commitment to personal cleanliness and cleanliness of equipment and the workplace.
Ability to work in a team and stand/move during working hours.
Seriousness, discipline, and punctuality.
Housing near the factory area is preferred.
